Master Bathroom Design in Wilmington, Delaware

The master bath is part of a master suite addition to the home. He, a retired designer, had grand ideas of what they needed to provide beauty, comfort and functionality. With his years of knowledge and the help of his son, also a designer, they came up with a plan that would be aesthetically pleasing, exceptionally functional and truly comfortable. One floor living was part of the plan and adding an in-suite laundry room was sure a necessity – also because it’s just so convenient! The shower has steam for comfort and the glass is treated for ease of cleaning. Noce tiles and a 1″ x 1″ Noce mosaic lend a warm welcome into the shower with two niches for their personal items. A relaxing soaker tub is perfect at the end of a long day.

His and her adjacent matching Plain & Fancy Custom vanities in cherry with Pietra Imperiale granite tops add beauty and keep things just separate enough when primping to go out. The custom cherry mirrors are flanked with unique light fixtures purchased while in Italy. A Plain & Fancy custom free-standing armoire with an antique celery finish helps to meld all the color tones in this space and of course adds needed linen storage.

His and her walk-in closets, warm floors throughout and a separate water closet finish out the theme…Functional Comfort!
